NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 973, in Volume D1, Folio 354/3575, File MMXXV, by our Client, Mary Ruhamah, of P.O. Box 3215–0100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Gladys Muthoni Wachira, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Gladys Muthoni Wachira, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Ruhamah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Ruhamah only.
