IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Health appoints— Under paragraph (e) (i)— Maurice K’ Odhiambo (Dr.) Under paragraph (e) (ii)— Tadudi Aly Omar (Dr.) Under paragraph (e) (iii)— Serah Mutu Kisilu to be Members of the Board of Directors of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 7th November, 2025.
