REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wangare Kimani, of P.O. Box 282–00510, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Apartment No. L324 erected on a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 27317/2, situate in the Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 212274/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
