WHEREAS Hebert Dodo Lomosi, of P.O. Box 52405, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Subdivision No. 7521/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 23518, and 7512 7512 whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
