WHEREAS Cirtex Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 83272–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 678/V/MN, registered under title No. C.R. 34887, situate in Malindi Town in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title register in respect thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a new title provided that no valid objection has been received within that period,.
