REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Yusufali Gulamhussein Datoo, (2) Anwarali Rajabali Datoo and (3) Asadali Sulamali Datoo, as trustees, all of P.O. Box 89956–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Mombasa/Ms/Block I/190, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as Temp No. C.F. 5530, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
