WHEREAS Hamisi Mohamed Mwakumaka, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Mombasa/Ziwa Ngombe/535, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.F. 43875, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
