REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Kayamba Omokamba and (2) Jane Okutoyi Omokamba, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. E. Bukusu/S. Kanduyi/2688, situate in Bungoma County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
