WHEREAS Kalume Chanzera Kahindi, the administrator of the estate of Kahindi Kalume Mole (deceased), the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 12.49 acres or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Kilifi/Roka/573, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
