REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Katana Ngowa, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as registered under title No. Ganze/Mwahera “D”/502 (30.61 hectares), 516 (8.69 hectares), 499 (0.4 hectare), and 487 (0.64 hectare), situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds in respect of the piece of land have been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue new land title deeds provided no objection has been received within that period.
