THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS River Trees Development Company Limited, of P.O. Box 46486, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 1160/646, situate in the Nairobi City County, registered as I.R. 82125/1, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the proprietor have indemnified the 7th November, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
