THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Registered Trustees of Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church (Donee), of P.O. Box 54128–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as Portion No. 595 Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered as L.T. 35 Folio 390 File 4388, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
