THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Wanjiru Nathaniel, of P.O. Box 1573–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as subdivision No. 1944/V/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District registered as C.R. 32671, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the title has been lost/misplaced and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 7th November, 2025.
