THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Samuel Ndungu (ID/8844771) and (2) Anne Wanjiku Mbugua (ID/10774105), both of P.O. Box 49612–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as Nguirubi/Thigio/3845, situate in the county of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
