REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimani Lodungokiok (ID/20302477), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 19.3 hectares or thereabout, known as Laikipia/Suguta/361, situate in Laikipia County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
