GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 16117

WHEREAS Kipkoech arap Buses (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Bomet, known as Kericho/Kanusin/379, and whereas in the High Court at Bomet in Succession Cause No. 50 of 2021, has issued grant in favour of (1) Philip Kiplangat Koech, (2) Philip Kimutai Koech and (3) Stanley Kibet Koech, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect of the said land registered in the name of Kipkoech arap Buses (deceased), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in the name of (1) Philip Kiplangat Koech, (2) Philip Kimutai Koech and (3) Stanley Kibet Koech, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipkoech arap Buses (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
