REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mwaniki Imunyo alias James Mwaniki Waimunyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Laikipia, registered under title No. Nanyuki Municipality Block 3/236, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 53 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Rose Muthoni Ruiru and (2) Charles Mureithi Mwaniki as (administrators), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said James Mwaniki Imunyo alias James Mwaniki Waimunyo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 in the name of said (1) Rose Muthoni Ruiru and (2) Charles Mureithi Mwaniki as (administrators), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Mwaniki Imunyo alias James Mwaniki Waimunyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
