REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The Mutua Njema Family Trust registered Trustee, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Diani/1640, situate in the county of Kwale, it has been established the registration of the land in its name of freehold interest was procured through fraud and misrepresentation since the registered owner is a foreign corporate entity with the trustees being foreign nationals therefore incapable of being registered to own freehold interest, notice is given that after expiry of ninety (90) days from date hereof, the said land register shall be rectified and the certificate of title in its name shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect.
