APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 17th April, 2025, I appointed Stephen W. Kamau, Assistant Commissioner for Co- operative Development to be liquidator for Boulevard Sacco Society (in liquidation) Limited (CS/3585), for a period not exceeding six (6) months, and whereas the said Stephen Kamau has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation period for Boulevard Sacco Society (in-liquidation) Limited, for another period not exceeding six (6) months and appoint Stephen W.
