TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owners of motor vehicle Reg. No. KBX 257D, Toyota Fielder, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is at Blueshine Storage Yard, Kangundo Road, Nairobi, respectively, within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of the publication and any other incidental cost; failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
