NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 746, in Volume DI, Folio 308/3196, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Tiana Kerubo Momanyi, of P.O. Box 12337– 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teresia Kerubo Momanyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Teresia Kerubo Momanyi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tiana Kerubo Momanyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tiana Kerubo Momanyi only.
