NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 949, in Volume DI, Folio 734/3803, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Anastasia Nyaguthii Kiromo, of P.O. Box 2056–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anastasia Nyaguthii Maina, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anastasia Nyaguthii Maina and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anastasia Nyaguthii Kiromo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anastasia Nyaguthii Kiromo only.
