Box 142–10300, Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as David Jamlick Munene Njogu alias David J. Munene Njogu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Jamlick Munene Njogu alias David J. Munene Njogu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Munene Njogu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Munene Njogu only.
