Box 45176–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Amira Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan (minor), formerly known as Amira Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Amira Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amira Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amira Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan only.
