NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 797, in Volume DI, Folio 351/3543, File No. MMXXV, by our clients, (1) Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan and (2) Safi Hassan Ali (guardians), both of P.O. Box 45176–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Inayah Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan (minor), formerly known as Inayah Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Inayah Hassan Mohammed Kurow Ishmail and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amiir Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amiir Abdikarim Barbaar Hassan only.
