NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 620, in Volume DI, Folio 341/3468, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Katana Mlewa Mwatete, of P.O. Box 1170– 80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dominic Katana Mwatete, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dominic Katana Mwatete and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Katana Mlewa Mwatete, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Katana Mlewa Mwatete only.
