NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 850, in Volume DI, Folio 354/3574, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Issa Ahmed Abdulhafedh Alzubaidi, of P.O. Box 11500–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Issa Ahmed Abdulhafedh, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Issa Ahmed Abdulhafedh and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Issa Ahmed Abdulhafedh Alzubaidi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Issa Ahmed Abdulhafedh Alzubaidi only.
