NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 690, in Volume DI, Folio 183/1108, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Shamimu Wangui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 11500–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Shamim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Shamim and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shamimu Wangui Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shamimu Wangui Mwangi only.
