NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 166, Volume B-13, Folio 2458/22477, File 1637, by our Client, Halima Sadia Omar Haji Jama, formerly known as Halima Saida Omar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Halima Saida Omar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Halima Sadia Omar Haji Jama, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Halima Sadia Omar Haji Jama only.
