NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th April, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-18, in Volume B-13, Folio 2439/22274, File No. 1637, by our client, Seth Raha Rhova, of P.O. Box 1–80201, Garsen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Seth Jiwa Maro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Seth Jiwa Maro, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Seth Raha Rhova, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Seth Raha Rhova only.
