NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 876, in Volume D1, Folio 350/3540, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mugha Kevin Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 51– 40105, Maseno in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Collince Cavin Odhiambo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Collince Cavin Odhiambo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mugha Kevin Odhiambo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mugha Kevin Odhiambo only.
