APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated 20th November, 2023, I appointed Ms. Rosaline Mwithiga – Deputy Director of Co-operatives to be liquidator for Sukuma Wiki Housing Co-operative Society (in liquidation) Limited-CS /2323 for a period not exceeding one (1) year, And Whereas the said Rosaline Mwithiga has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation for Sukuma Wiki Housing Co-operative Society (in liquidation) Limited-CS/2323 for another period not exceeding one (1) year and appoint Rosaline Mwithiga to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.
