NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 853, in Volume DI, Folio 265/1907, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Roselyne Akinyi Wema, formerly known as Roseline Akinyi Oguta, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Roseline Akinyi Oguta and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Roselyne Akinyi Wema, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Roselyne Akinyi Wema only.
