APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, paragraph 26 of the Memorandum and Articles of the Jomo Kenyatta Foundation, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— HENRY ANYONA as a member of the Board of Jomo Kenyatta Foundation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 4th July, 2025.
