PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya, and rule 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2022, the Court of Appeal August, 2025 recess notice is given as follows: The August recess shall commence on Friday, 1st August, 2025, and shall terminate on Monday 15th September, 2025, both days inclusive. During the recess, the Registry of the Court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all week days except public holidays.
