WHEREAS Hellen Mukwanjeru, of P.O. Box 22321, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/384, containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Certificate of Ttitle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
