WHEREAS Kenneth Mwania Nzangi (ID/ 22707938), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.8094 hectare or thereabouts, known as parcel No. Donyosabuk/Komarock Block 1/102472, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deedissued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
