THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Naftali Kamau Kahuthu, of P.O. Box 48962-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.2000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 196/759, and whereas evidence has been presented that the transfer from Marylene Chepchirchir Barngetuny to Naftali Kamau Kahuthu was fraudulent, and whereas there is evidence to show that Naftali Kamau Kahuthu has received the summons, failed to appear and surrender the certificate of lease to the Land Registrar for cancellation, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production and proceed with the cancellation of the certificate of lease issued to Naftali Kamau Kahuthu under section 79 (2) of the Act and revert to Marylene Chepchirchir Barngetuny as the registered owner of the property.
