GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8881

WHEREAS Daniel Gathogori alias Gathogori Kinoo “A” (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.0 acres or thereabout, known as Ndarugu/Gacharage/509, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E344 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) John Njinu Gathogori (ID/11687936 and (2) Jane Njeri Mwangi (ID/13221033), both of P.O. Box 149–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) John Njinu Gathogori (ID/11687936 and (2) Jane Njeri Mwangi (ID/13221033), both of P.O. Box 149–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the Daniel Gathogori alias Gathogori Kinoo “A” (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
