IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, re-appoints— Under paragraph (a)— Nasri Sahal Ibrahim, to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Northern Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 11th July, 2025.
