REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Athuman Salim Mwakulo (administrator), of P.O. Box 83296–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership of all that parcel of land known as Mombasa/Bububu ‘A’ S.S/305, containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
