REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ludia Cheptanui Maritim (ID/9605611) and (2) Benjamin Kipleting Keter (ID/12677347), both of P.O. Box 2500- 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that property known as Kiplombe/Kiplombe Block 10 (Growel) 786, situate in Uasin Gishu County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
