REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Danver Musyoka Mulli, (2) Solomon Kitema Muimi, (3) Bernard Ndanga Muumbo, (4) Kamene Muumbo Muimi and (5) Nzisa Mumbo Lucia, all of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, are registered in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.9 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Kitui County, registered under title No. Kyangwithya/Misewani/730, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
