REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maria Luisa Travaglia, director of Escudo Investment Limited, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.227 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Chembe/Kibabamshe/2177, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
