REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Githinji (ID/16099685), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Laikipia/Nyahururu/14344, containing 0.652 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed was fraudently acquired, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said title deed shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
