WHEREAS George Ngaruiya Njombai (ID/24986318), is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Ruiru, known as Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/21179, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue another register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
