REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Njeri Wariara (ID/22607087), of P.O. Box 11019–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Ruiru, known as Ruiru Mugutha Block 1/4050, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue another register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
