WHEREAS Sospeter Kanyari Ngugi (ID/24310591), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interests of all that piece of land containing 0.0452 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/30237, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
