THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ali Adan Mohamed and (2) Mohamed Warsame, both of P.O. Box 480-00610, Nairobi, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, containing 0.0929 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Eastleigh in the Nairobi Area, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 108/658, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that (1) Mohamed Hussein and (2) Osman Mohamoud Abdikhadir, have received the summons and failed to appear, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with the cancellation of the title issued to (1) Mohamed Hussein and (2) Osman Mohamoud Abdikhadir, under section 79 (2) of the Land Registration Act and make (1) Ali Adan Mohamed and (2) Mohamed Warsame, as the registered owners of the property.
