GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9420

WHEREAS Patrick Ombigo Mwanda alias Patrick Ombigo Mnanda (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Karateng/112, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Maseno in Succession Cause No. 37 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Benard Ochieng Ombima and (2) Mellah Jemutai, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Ombigo Mwanda alias Patrick Ombigo Mnanda (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Ombigo Mwanda alias Patrick Ombigo Mnanda (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
